Ramadan will be over in a couple of days and I can honestly say it has been a great experience.
Another great experience is choosing a University for next school year. I was at first thinking to go to University of Mono’a, or Hawaii Pacific University since they have such a great marine biology program not to mention the best marine archaeological structures. My friend who is stationed in Hawaii told me it is not what it seems, she said that Hawaii is a beautiful place to visit, but not a place to live. A lot of earth quakes, things are very expensive, and that once you live there you are pretty much stuck there untill you can buy a plane ticket for around five hundred dollars and up. So I think Im going to apply to Washington University in Missouri, or a University in the St. Louis area. I have a lot of kin in Missouri, and in Indiana so it would be nice. One of the minor disadvantages of living in Nevada is that there is no seasons here, it’s either hot or cold. Last year when I went to St. Louis I always liked the changing of leaves, and winter time. What ever University excepts me, I will be happy to move just to have a change. Also please exscuse my lack of posting, having college and work can be time consuming.

Glad to hear this sister:D
May Allah be with you. I’m also trying to choose an uni, but my wishes seem to be unrealizable. You can’t have a favourite uni, what’s near to your hometown, where you can stay home… Hope things work out ok for you and may Allah allow us all to see next Ramadan!

hiya
its soo nice 2 read about some1 else life (how sad - i know),only cos when some1 is from a whole different part of th e world.. and hearing the mention of so many different place in one country… it kinda gives u a insight in2 life in another country - like places u’ve heard about on TV but never actually seen.
sometimes living in England can sometime be very boring , even though london is like a step away from where i live and the west end, oxford st etc etc r quite near in the grand scheme of things…
.. i suppose other pple lifes always seem more interesting - like the grass is always greener syndrome.

Eid Mubarak to everyone and their families!
Cervis: Thanks sis, its always good to have more than one university!
Celadoor: Eh I know exactly what you mean sis. Ive always wanted to live in a diffrent country, I always have thought it would be so much more exciting then were I lived. Ecspecially such places like Australia, or Africa. I think we all secretly wish for a life other than our own.
Muhammad: Thanks for the invite, and ramadan was good this year.
